About the event

During this hour-long sound journey, Rachel Stevens of Ambient Sound Healing will use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, nostalgically attuned chimes, theta-inducing ocean drums, a monochord board, and more to create a relaxing, meditative soundscape. Each immersive performance is a unique ambient journey that can help reduce stress, silence the busy mind, deepen sleep, and increase mental clarity. During the session, attendees will lay on a yoga mat or blanket while basking in the therapeutic vibrations of various healing instruments.

What is a sound bath?

The body is an acoustic powerhouse, with every organ, atom, and cell resonating at a specific frequency, creating a hushed symphony of vibration. As documented in ancient scriptural text, our ancestors embraced sound healing and utilized it to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. In the present day, studies are continuously proving the plethora of benefits of sound baths. By soaking in the restoring frequencies from various sound healing instruments such as crystalline singing bowls, soothing gongs, nostalgically attuned chimes, theta inducing ocean drums, hypnotic monochord boards, and more, we can rebalance our vital energy centers, promote a deep sense of inner peace, and bring relaxation to our often over-stimulated minds.

*****Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket.*****

Organic teas and light snacks will be offered pre and post event.

Please no parking on the street.
