Pilates, Sound, and Breathing on the Meadows

Come join us for a Classical Pilates mat class accompanied by sound healing music!

Amy Alexander, the owner of Metamorphosis Pilates, is going to teach a Classical Pilates Mat class on the Meadows with sound healing music from Susan Gonsiorek of Soul Renewal Healings!

We will be working on your connection between your mind and body while Susan’s singing bowls weave healing sound all around us.

The exercise portion of the class will go for about an hour. At the end of the class, we are going to spend about fifteen minutes working on breathing, and then we will let the music take you where it will while you breathe.

The class is for all levels. Beginners are absolutely welcome. You do need to be able to get on the ground (and back up!)

Please bring a mat and water. You may also want to bring a hand towel that can be folded to use for head support.

Cost:$30  A portion of the proceeds to benefit Lothlorien Therapeutic Riding Center and their programs.
