Step into the flow with a harmonizing Qi-Gong and sound healing workshop.  Join Susan Balogh and Carrie Evans as they expertly guide you back to effortless ease while transforming stress into vitality.  This workshop will help you to release stagnation and invigorate your mind/body & senses through a Qi-Gong practice and soothing sound bath from gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and chimes.  You will learn how to coordinate your breath with movement and practice techniques with pressure points to naturally guide your energy, restore balance, and improve your physical and emotional health. 

Sound will be played throughout your practice and include an extended sound relaxation to induce a deep state of rest & regeneration. Please bring yoga mats or blankets to sit on.
