Join Carrie Evans for a journey in sound on the Meadows.  Grounded in grass and rooted beneath the breezy shade of trees, you are invited to come and rest.  The vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and gongs will meander harmoniously with a natural soundscape to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and regeneration; thereby, awakening your serenity and vitality.  Exposure to sound baths promotes healing in both body and mind: soothing stress, lightening tension and invigorating your senses and spirit.

Carrie has been teaching since 2009 after her training from the luminous Siri Narayan Kaur Khalsa Fuda in Buffalo, NY. Her 7 years experience as a board certified massage therapist informs her services & classes with a background in anatomy, physiology and an intuitive relationship with the mind/body.  Combining sound, somatics, healing arts and kundalini yoga technologies, she is passionately committed to educating how to use these tools to tune into your inherent potential, create and engage fully in an awe-some life.
