Learn the basics of Tarot, a long misunderstood means of exploring the human experience. When used intentionally, an understanding of the patterns that form the deck are meant as a tool for enlightenment and self-awareness.  Not only are the cards beautiful, but learning how to work with intention can help cultivate an intuitive practice and lead to new avenues of thought.

This class will introduce students to the symbolism and patterns of the 78-card deck and demystify some of the stereotypes that surround Tarot practice. Students will also learn daily practices to aid in cultivating a meditative practice and deepen the experience. Students need a notebook and open mindedness; bring your own deck or a student deck with accompanying guide for self-learning at home can be included in class if requested prior to class (need 72 hours notice!).
